With over two decades of hands-on leadership in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing, Sachin brings deep expertise in operational excellence, innovative formulation, and quality systems.Throughout his career, he has pioneered passive transdermal and topical delivery platforms, advanced controlled release, and modified-release formulations oral dosage, developed oral films, and embraced AI-driven formulation strategies using Quality by Design (QbD) principles. He has also overseen major facility expansions and led seamless technology transfers—all under the highest cGMP standards.
